The two Astro-Tech Dobsonian reflectors are superb and reasonably-priced large aperture “light buckets” for deep space exploring. They come with two eyepieces – a low power 2” 30mm 68° field SuperView and a high power 1.25” 9mm Plössl – and an 8 x 50mm finderscope. Each has a new ball bearing altitude motion system with knob-adjustable clutches to help precisely balance eyepieces of different weights (there are no old-fashioned non-adjustable springs to hook up) and a smooth azimuth roller bearing system. They have dual-speed 2" Crayford focusers and battery-operated primary mirror cooling fans. Ideal for beginning and advanced visual astronomers of all ages and priced right!
