| Questar instruments are manufactured to precision standards with rigid quality control. Questar guarantees all materials, including magnesium fluoride coatings, for ten years from date of purchase. Broad-band coatings are guaranteed for five years; drives and focusing mechanisms are guaranteed for two years from date of purchase. Questar-manufactured electronics are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years from date of purchase. The Questar guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover damage caused by accident or misuse; nor does it cover damage through shipping. The warranty is null and void if the instrument is repaired by any unauthorized agency. Questar Corporation recommends an Inspection Service every two to three years and the Standard Service every five to seven years for any instrument. All freight, insurance, duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. |
