| Your Bushnell/Bausch & Lomb Sports Optics Division binocular, riflescope or telescope, is unquestionably warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and mechanical workmanship of this Company’s optical products and assures many years of convenient, dependable service. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product, postage prepaid, to Bausch & Lomb Sports Optics Division, 9200 Cody, Overland Park, Kansas 66214-3259, together with a check in the amount of $10.00 to cover the cost of handling. Please also include your name and address and an explanation of the defect. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or improper handling, installation or maintenance of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. |
