Pentax Sport Optics products are of the highest optical and mechanical quality. If your Pentax binocular or spotting scope purchased in the USA from an authorized Pentax Sport Optics dealer requires repair, Pentax will repair or replace it to the original purchaser at our option (even if damaged by fault) for a charge of $19.95, to cover handling and return shipping.* This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, theft or loss. (Replacement may be with comparable model at Pentax’s discretion if the original model is no longer available.)

In your package, please include the following:
1. Dated proof of original purchase (Copy of Bill of Sale or Charge Slip).
2. A copy of your Pentax Imaging Company Product Registration Card (purchaser’s record).
3. A note describing the problem.
4. A check or money order for $19.95 to cover shipping and handling.
5. Because the product has a lifetime warranty, a signed statement that you are the original owner will suffice if items #1 and #2 are not available.

COMPLETING AND MAILING THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION CARD IS NOT NECESSARY TO OBTAIN WARRANTY COVERAGE.

THIS LIMITED WARRANY APPLIES ONLY TO PENTAX BINOCULARS AND SCOPES ORIGINALLY DISTRIBUTED IN THE UNITED STATES BY PENTAX IMAGING COMPANY, 600 12TH STREET, SUITE 300, GOLDEN, COLORADO, 80401. (Do not send repairs to this address. Send them to the address shown in Step 6 of the instructions above.) Make sure that the Pentax equipment purchased has a Product Registration Card issued by Pentax Imaging Company. Before traveling to a foreign country, send us a copy of your dated proof of purchase to obtain an International Warranty Card and a list of authorized service centers in the country you will be visiting. Pentax Imaging Company will provide warranty servicing on Pentax products purchased in a foreign country if bona fide foreign proof of purchase and International Warranty Card are provided. Pentax will issue USA residents an International Warranty Card upon receipt of a copy of a bona fide foreign proof of purchase. *Applies only to unmodified equipment or products with modifications performed by authorized Pentax repair personnel.
