| This cordless red LED illuminator is an option for the Takahashi 7x50mm and 11x70mm finderscopes. It threads into the side of the finder and illuminates the etched crosshairs. It is also used in the Takahashi 5mm illuminated reticle guiding eyepiece, but is standard with that eyepiece. It is powered by two readily available LR44/SR44/MR44 camera batteries (supplied). | Very high optical quality finderscope with a wide 6.2° field of view. The usable eye relief is 12mm. This is is more than acceptable for most observers, but will somewhat vignette the field for those who must wear eyeglasses while observing. The eyepiece screws in and out of the body to focus. The finder has an etched reticle with extremely thin crosshairs that do not obscure alignment stars. . . .
