| This high quality hinged polypropylene filter container holds one to four 1.25” eyepiece filters; or one 48mm (2”) filter; or one 48mm and one 1.25” filter (all filters optional). It provides inexpensive protection for your filters, keeping them safe, dustproof, and dewproof. It also reduces the number of accessory boxes you have to keep track of when taking your scope out into the field. Unlike the loose lids of the plastic boxes that some filters come in, the hinged lid of this container cannot be lost in the field. It snaps firmly into place to seal the container against accidentally opening and spilling your filters, even if dropped. A tab on one corner makes it easy to snap open the lid when needed. A soft foam insert inside the container cradles the filters to keep them from rattling around during transit. Additional foam inserts (#67FOAM) are available optionally to provide a more snug fit or replace lost or worn foam inserts. The container measures 67mm (2.6”) square by 12mm (0.5”) deep. |
