This high quality bolt-style polypropylene eyepiece container provides inexpensive protection for your expensive optics. It keeps an eyepiece or Barlow safe, dustproof, and dewproof. It has a hexagonal base that prevents the eyepiece or Barlow from rolling if the container is placed on a slanted surface. Soft foam inserts inside both ends cradle the eyepiece or Barlow and keep it from rattling around during transit. If the foam insert in the top of the container is too loose for your liking, a piece of double-faced tape (not supplied) can be used to hold it in place in the container top. Additional foam inserts (#52FOAM) are available optionally to provide a more snug fit for short eyepieces. The screw-closure design cannot open accidentally, even if dropped. The length is adjustable to hold any eyepiece or Barlow measuring between 65mm (2.55") and 100mm (3.9") in length, with a maximum diameter of 52mm (2").

Some of the wide range of eyepieces and Barlows that fit in this container include:

    1.- all TeleVue Radians;

    2.- all TeleVue Type 6 Naglers;

    3.- the original 7mm Nagler;

    4.- TeleVue 19mm Panoptic;

    5.- TeleVue 32mm and 40mm Plössls;

    6.- Celestron Ultimas 30mm and longer;

    7.- 1.25" 23mm Celestron Axiom;

    8.- Meade 40mm Series 3000 Plössl;

    9.- all Celestron/Vixen, Meade, and TeleVue zoom eyepieces (including the Nagler zoom);

    10.- all TeleVue 1.25" Barlows and Powermates (except 3x Barlow);

    11.- the Takahashi 30mm LE eyepiece, and

    12.- all Celestron, Meade, and Vernonscope 1.25" Barlows.
