This adapter ring allows you to connect a Mamiya 645 medium format camera to an optional camera angle adjuster or field flattener used with any Takahashi FS-102, FS-128, FS-152, or TOA-130 apochromatic refractor for prime focus wide-field photography. One side of the adapter threads onto the camera angle adjuster or field flattener, while the other side bayonets directly into the Mamiya 645 camera body. The adapter ring is made of machined aluminum, anodized black.
