If your scope is mounted on a standard 8" factory equatorial wedge so its fork arms tilt over to point at the celestial pole, you will need a larger circumference cover (#TG09 is recommended) to fit over the rectangular wedge. The still-larger #TG11 is recommended to clear the wedge if your scope is mounted on a factory Superwedge or other large aftermarket wedge. In all cases, if your scope is mounted on a wedge, measure the circumference of your wedge to be sure exactly which cover will fit your particular installation before ordering, particularly if you have a deluxe or oversize aftermarket wedge. This cover measures 52" in circumference by 37" high.

To install the cover on an altazimuth mount scope, aim the optical tube at the zenith, parallel to the fork arms, and slip the cover over it and the drive base.
