30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
During the first 30 days following receipt of an original purchase of any JMI product, you may return the product, for any reason, for replacement or refund. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In some circumstances we may accept a return after the 30-day limit, in which case a larger restocking fee will be assessed. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded except in rare case, such as when the incorrect merchandise is shipped to you. All items must be received by us in new condition
and, if possible, in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to safely package and ship any returns to us. You will be charged for any damaged or missing parts. All items purchased from a JMI dealer must be returned through that dealer.
Only items purchased directly from JMI may be returned directly to JMI. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. This number should be written on the outside of the box.
One Year Limited Warranty
All JMI products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the original purchase date. If you should experience a problem with any JMI product, please contact our technical support team by phone at (303) 233-5353. In many cases, problems can be diagnosed and corrected over the phone. If the product must be returned for repair or replacement, we will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. This number is required and should be written on the outside of the box. Items purchased from a JMI dealer may need to be returned to that dealer.
