Product Description
This camera adapter is used to connect Nikon 35mm autofocus single lens reflex and DSLR cameras to the Sky-Watcher field flattener that is standard equipment with Sky-Watcher Quantum 120mm and 150mm triplet apo refractors. This 48mm wide-mouth camera mount takes advantage of that field flattener's 43mm fully-illuminated field for prime focus photography.
This special 48mm Nikon camera mount cannot be used with standard 42mm T-thread camera adapters.
This adapter can also be used with the optional Sky-Watcher 0.85x reducer/field flatteners for the Sky-Watcher Pro series ED doublet refractors.

Creates a firm connection with your refractor telescope and does not slip. I have had other T-rings that did not make a solid connection which can cause issues with camera slipping as the scope tracks causing your stars to become elongated. (Posted on 11/6/2018)
