iOptron Counterweight shaft extension for iOptron iEQ45 and iEQ45M equatorial mount

This iOptron counterweight shaft extension lets you create more counterbalance weight to balance heavier payloads on all versions of the iOptron iEQ45 go-to German equatorial mount. The 28mm diameter x 10.5" long shaft extension threads into the mount's existing counterweight shaft to increase the length of the shaft by 9.5". This lets you slide the standard counterweights further down the counterweight shaft, or add an optional #8027 11 pound counterweight or two. This creates more counterbalance weight to increase the mount's payload capacity from 25 pounds as supplied to its maximum capacity of 45 pounds.
